TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Briefs

1.1 Creators must review and accept briefs only if they are confident they can deliver the required content within the agreed timeline.

1.2 By accepting a brief, you agree to produce content according to the client’s creative requirements, brand guidelines, and Uvid UGC’s content policies.

2. Product / Service Redemption

2.1 If the brief involves receiving products or services for content creation, Creators must ensure they are able to create and submit the agreed content.

2.2 Failure to Submit:

• If a Creator redeems or receives a product or service but fails to deliver the required content by the agreed deadline, Uvid UGC reserves the right to:
  a) Hold the Creator liable for the full cost of the product or service provided; and/or
  b) Withhold future collaboration opportunities on the Platform.

2.3 Creators must not request products or services unless they genuinely intend to complete the content.

3. Content Submission & Deadlines

3.1 Creators must submit the final content within 5–10 working days from receiving the product/service, unless otherwise stated in the brief.

3.2 Delays must be communicated to Uvid UGC in advance. Repeated late submissions may result in suspension from the Platform.

4. Content Quality & Guidelines

4.1 All content must:

• Be original and created by the Creator.

• Follow the client’s brief and brand guidelines.

• Avoid any prohibited or inappropriate material.

4.2 Uvid UGC reserves the right to reject content that does not meet quality standards or violates platform policies.

5. Revisions

5.1 Creators may be requested to make up to two (2) reasonable rounds of revisions based on the client’s feedback.

5.2 All revision requests will relate only to the original brief and scope.

6. Ownership & Confidentiality

6.1 Creators must treat all briefs, brand strategies, and client information as strictly confidential and must not disclose them to third parties.

6.2 Until final approval and payment, the Creator retains ownership of the content. Upon approval, ownership and usage rights will follow Section 7.

7. Usage & Rights

7.1 Upon approval, the client is granted the right to use and distribute the Creator's content for brand promotion, including regular posts. For advertising purposes, the usage period is limited to a maximum of 3 months. After this period, Uvid UGC reserves the right to request compensation for the Creator’s loading fee if the client wishes to continue using the content for paid ads.

7.2 Uvid UGC retains the right to display the content on the Platform and its marketing channels for promotional purposes.

8. Communication

8.1 Creators must maintain timely and professional communication with Uvid UGC and clients throughout the project.

8.2 All communication should happen via Uvid UGC’s designated channels unless otherwise approved.

9. Breach & Termination

9.1 Uvid UGC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Creator’s account if they:

• Fail to submit content after redeeming products or services.

• Consistently miss deadlines.

• Violate these Terms.

• 9.2 Any outstanding liabilities, including the cost of products or services received, remain payable even after termination.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

By joining Uvid UGC’s Creator Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
